Lacking space to stretch it out, I hung the quilt top in front of the window. It gave it an almost "crayon" appearance. Very odd. I am putting it together as the blocks are presented, and only have one more row to go (two more star blocks, I already have the other blocks made). Star Quilt, so far

Very, very smart to put it together as you go. I may end up with a bunch of blocks just hanging around for a while.
it's beautiful, june! the quilt looks great without the sashing.
Your Star Along looks great. I love the way it looks like stained glass with the seam allowances.
