We got snow!!

It is the first time in several years that we actually got measurable snow! The photos are of my front yard & cars. The TV said that Dobson got 9.5 inches and Mount Airy got 11 inches. It has been a few years since we've had this much, and these days we get excited about a "dusting". Everything shuts down in NC when it snows. I feel sorry for those people who need to finish their Christmas shopping this weekend. Although we all get excited about snow, I'm glad I don't have to get out in it!! Peace to all....

Yes, we got hit too but it is more expected in our area than in yours. I too am glad I don't have to be out it but it very nice to look at from my window. How are the cats liking it. Have you let them out in it to see.

Beautiful pictures! Best one we had in a long time, inch wise :)

Stayed in today afterall. Not feeling well. Worked Frid.Bloodpressue up, not normal for me. going to try it again tomorrow. Don't slip and slide, and I know you and the cats are cozy with all your fiber.

Hi June! STILL trying to catch up with everybody and everything, but it's good to be visiting with you again today! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the newest addition to your family.. little Earl Grey!!!... As for the snow, it looks like we will be getting hit sometime right around New Years Eve into New Years Day, so we are all going to be paying close attention to the weather reports around here! We did have plans to go out this year, but if the weather doesn't sound good, we may just ring in the New Year with Dick Clark!.. Hope this finds you and yours well and enjoying the holidays! ~tina

I think I am a little late in thanking you for stopping by my blog before Christmas. I always enjoy meeting new friends!! I do not know if you noticed along with the blog you visited, I also have a fluff blog. Yestheyareallmine-mom. I would love to visit with you there too.
My husband and I were living in Georgia the winter of '92 when a huge snowstorm hit the coast. EVERYTHING shut down! We loved it though.
