I haven't had anything "crafty" to post about lately, so thought I'd mention one of my fondest memories from childhood (1950's). I grew up, the first eleven years anyway, in the Detroit area. Every weekday, at lunchtime, there would be a TV program on called "Lunch With Soupy". I really loved that program, and insisted that Mother not fix lunch until Soupy said what he was having for lunch that day. I loved White Fang and Black Tooth (dog paw puppets). Oh, those were the days. I seem to be looking backward a lot these days. Maybe it's because I don't like what I see in the present and am unsure of the future. Anyway, I thought I might share a nice memory with someone. And, by the way, as far as I know, Soupy is still on Planet Earth.....he is 82 years old (acccording to Wikipedia)!!
