Random Act of Kindness

I was in the local crafts store today, checking out some new yarn and wishful thinking. As I was leaving, I happened to notice a "mod" Christian cross on a long chain, hanging by the register. When I asked how much it was, the lady in line behind me, with whom we'd been having a conversation said "I want to buy that for you, NO ARGUMENTS". Being a "giver" type person myself, I knew not to argue with her and I just repeatedly said "Thank You". I'd never met her before, maybe I'll never see her again. But there are a lot of kind people left in this world, and I met one of them today. I've been going thru a very bad time lately, I guess it shows. I thank God for people like Laura.
