and knits and crochets and looms and quilts and is always busy serving my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

At long last, my daughter Kathleen has received her Doctorate of Philosophy in English. (I hope I said that right!) She is an English teacher at our local community college, and before that she taught English in a two-year women's college in Kagoshima, Japan. We are very, very proud of her.
